The Employee Motivation Survey (EMS) is a global survey that gives everyone the opportunity to provide structured feedback on what they think about working at DAB. This allows the company to identify what areas are in need of attention and improvement. 

Together with the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), the EMS is a strategic objective for the company and is part of its people-centric approach.
